Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln und setzen unsere Social-Media-Strategie auf Plattformen wie Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook und ggf. YouTube um
- Sie erstellen zielgruppengerechten Content (Text, Bild, Video – in Zusammenarbeit mit Grafik & Foto/Video-Team)
- Sie managen die Community durch Interaktion mit Followern und Beantwortung von Kommentaren & Nachrichten
- Sie überwachen und berichten die Social-Media-Performance und leiten Optimierungen ab
- Sie beobachten Trends und entwickeln die Social-Media-Kanäle kreativ weiter
- Sie arbeiten mit anderen Teams wie Marketing, HR und Produktentwicklung zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder vergleichbar
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im Social Media Management (idealerweise in einem Unternehmen oder einer Agentur)
- Sie haben ein sehr gutes Gespür für digitale Trends, visuelles Storytelling und Zielgruppenansprache
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Tools wie Meta Business Suite, Canva, Creator Studio, Hootsuite etc
- Sie bringen Kreativität, Textsicherheit und Eigeninitiative mit
- Sie haben idealerweise Kenntnisse in Grafik- oder Videoschnittprogrammen (z. B. Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva Pro)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
