Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Aufbau, die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des integrierten Managementsystems, einschließlich Qualitätsmanagement nach ISO 9001, Umweltmanagement nach ISO 14001 und Energiemanagement nach ISO 50001
- Du planst, führst durch und bereitest interne Audits nach, sowie begleitest externe Zertifizierungen
- Du erstellst, pflegst und entwickelst QM-Dokumentationen, Prozesse und Verfahrensanweisungen weiter
- Du analysierst und bewertest Prozesse im Hinblick auf Qualität, Energieeffizienz und Umweltverträglichkeit und identifizierst sowie setzt Optimierungsmaßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung um
- Du schulst und sensibilisierst Mitarbeitende im Bereich Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Energiemanagement
- Du bist die Ansprechperson für Behörden, Auditor:innen und interne Abteilungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement nach ISO 9001 sowie in Umwelt- und Energiemanagementsystemen (ISO 14001, ISO 50001)
- Du hast idealerweise eine Ausbildung zum Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragten (QMB) oder Auditor:in
- Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest systematisch und hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise mit Managementsoftware für QM-Systeme
- Du hast gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
