Qualitätsmanager in der Lebensmittelindustrie (m/w/d) in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du unterstützt beim Erhalt und Ausbau des bestehenden QM- und HACCP-Systems und trägst aktiv dazu bei, unsere Qualitätsmanagementsysteme kontinuierlich zu optimieren und weiterzuentwickeln
- Du begleitest und kontrollierst die Produktion sowie stellst die Erfüllung aller Anforderungen (z. B. IFS) sicher, indem Du unsere Produktionsprozesse überwachst, um die Einhaltung sämtlicher relevanten Qualitätsstandards zu gewährleisten
- Du nimmst aktiv an jährlichen IFS Food/Broker und Bio Zertifizierungsaudits sowie an Kundenaudits gemeinsam mit dem Team teil und bist eine zentrale Ansprechperson bei internen und externen Audits, um unser Unternehmen kompetent zu repräsentieren
- Du bearbeitest Kundenreklamationen, nimmst Kundenfeedback ernst und kümmerst Dich um eine effiziente und zufriedenstellende Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Du betreust qualitätsrelevant unsere Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen, pflegst enge Beziehungen zu unseren Partner:innen und stellst die Qualität entlang der gesamten Lieferkette sicher
- Du koordinierst und führst Produktanalysen und -kontrollen durch, planst und überwachst regelmäßige Qualitätsprüfungen unserer Produkte
- Du prüfst Produktkennzeichnungen nach geltenden rechtlichen Bestimmungen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Produktinformationen stets korrekt und gesetzeskonform sind
- Du schulst die Produktionsmitarbeitenden hinsichtlich der Hygienevorschriften und IFS-Anforderungen, vermittelst Dein Wissen und trägst dazu bei, das Qualitätsbewusstsein im gesamten Team zu stärken
- Du begleitest die Entwicklungsprozesse neuer Produkte und bringst Deine Expertise von Anfang an in die Entwicklung neuer Produkte ein, um deren Qualität von Beginn an zu sichern
- Du erstellst und pflegst Produktspezifikationen und bist verantwortlich für die detaillierte Dokumentation unserer Produkteigenschaften

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ökotrophologie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement der Lebensmittelindustrie, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in IFS und HACCP
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Gesetze und Verordnungen im Lebensmittelbereich
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich
- Du hast ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du bist teamfähig und durchsetzungsstark
