IT Administrator für Infrastruktur und Compliance (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung in unserer gesamten IT-Infrastruktur – vom Endpoint-Management über unseren SaaS-Stack bis hin zur IT-Security und Compliance
- Du betreust unsere Endgeräte hands-on, konfigurierst und auditierst zentrale Dienste und sorgst für einen reibungslosen und sicheren Betrieb unserer IT-Systeme
- Du arbeitest eng mit allen Fachbereichen zusammen, berätst und unterstützt Kolleg:innen bei IT-Fragen und trägst dazu bei, dass deren Arbeitsumgebung reibungslos funktioniert
- Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale, treibst Automatisierung, Dokumentation und Standardisierung voran und stellst sicher, dass unsere IT-Strategie unser Wachstum unterstützt
- Du hilfst beim Aufbau eines pragmatischen ISMS, das kein Papiertiger ist, unterstützt beim DSM und sorgst dafür, dass regulatorische Anforderungen erfüllt werden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im professionellen IT-Betrieb mit, insbesondere im Management von Windows-Geräten und gängigen Cloud- bzw. SaaS-Anwendungen (z. B. Google Workspace, M365, Atlassian oder Zoho)
- Du verstehst die Relevanz von IT-Sicherheit, bist innovationsfreudig und bereit, Veränderungen voranzutreiben, um unsere IT-Infrastruktur auf die nächste Stufe zu heben
- Du hast großes Interesse an und Vorwissen zu Compliance und Datenschutz und möchtest dich in diesen Bereichen weiterentwickeln. Idealerweise warst du bereits am Aufbau von Compliance-Prozessen beteiligt und kennst dich mit gängigen Regularien und Standards aus (z. B. DSGVO, NIS2, IT-Grundschutz/ISO 27001/VdS 10000)
- Du kannst Lösungen, Veränderungen und technische Zusammenhänge einfach an Anwender:innen kommunizieren und sprichst dazu sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
- Du bist pragmatisch, kontaktfreudig und hast Lust darauf, die meiste Zeit vor Ort in unserem Kölner Büro zu arbeiten

- Unser Erstgespräch findet digital per Google Meet mit uns im HR statt und dauert 45 Minuten. Dieses Gespräch ist ein erstes Kennenlernen.
- Im Zweitgespräch gibt es einen fachlichen Deep Dive inklusive einer kleinen Aufgabe im Gespräch. Unser Head of Thomas wird dir in 90 Minuten mehr Insights zur Stelle geben und wir schauen, wo wir deine fachliche Expertise am besten einsetzen können. I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
