Du siehst und willst die Chancen von KI-gestützter Entwicklung nutzen, du etablierst KI-Agenten, befähigst das Team und machst die Zukunft schon heute zur Realität!

Fördere Exzellenz: Setze Qualitäts‑, Sicherheits- und Coding-Standards, lebe Clean Code vor und mach unsere Performance sichtbar
Sei Mentor und Experte: Übernimm das fachliche Mentoring für die Entwickler:innen, führe regelmäßig Code Reviews durch und sei Sparringspartner bei technischen Herausforderungen
Code und gib Orientierung: Erstelle opinionated Beispiele und Referenz-Implementierungen und besprich Lösungswege bei komplexen Aufgaben vorab mit den Entwickler:innen
Verbreite(re) Wissen: Führe neue Formate wie Code-/AI-Katas oder andere ein, organisiere Schulungen und sorge dafür, dass Know-how für alle verfügbar ist und aktiv genutzt wird
Übersetze Business in Tech: Unterstütze unsere Process-Manager bei der Planung und beim Zerlegen komplexer fachlicher Probleme in umsetzbare technische Anforderungen und Aufgaben
Gestalte die Zukunft: Entwickle mit deinem Team-Lead die Architektur weiter und mache KI zum wertstiftenden Teil unseres Entwicklungsprozesses

Unser Erstgespräch findet digital per Google Meet mit uns im HR statt und dauert 45 Minuten. Dieses Gespräch ist ein erstes Kennenlernen.
Im Zweitgespräch gibt es einen fachlichen Deep Dive inklusive einer kleinen Aufgabe im Gespräch. Unser Head of Thomas wird dir in 90 Minuten mehr Insights zur Stelle geben und wir schauen, wo wir deine fachliche Expertise am besten einsetzen können. Hier werden die Rahmenbedingungen konkretisiert und du kannst deine fachlichen Fragen stellen. Das Gespräch findet in den meisten Fällen vor Ort bei uns im Büro statt.
Wenn danach beide Seiten immer noch Interesse haben, gibt es ein letztes, drittes Gespräch mit dem/der entsprechenden Unit Leitung, die dich auch noch kennenlernen möchte.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
