Sachbearbeiter Vertrieb und Projektabwicklung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst Angebote, verfolgst sie nach und gibst sie bis zu einem definierten Wert frei
- Du wickelst Aufträge und Projekte ab und koordinierst die dazugehörigen internen Abläufe
- Du erstellst Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferscheine und Rechnungen und prüfst sowie erfasst Kundenaufträge
- Du unterstützt den Vertrieb und hilfst bei der Auftragsakquise sowie -verhandlung
- Du dokumentierst, erstellst Reports und wirkst an der Optimierung interner Prozesse mit; arbeitest mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im technischen oder baunahen Umfeld
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in Projektabwicklung, Auftragsbearbeitung und Kommunikation mit Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, MS Office und hast ein Grundverständnis für technische Zeichnungen oder Bauunterlagen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und bist ein Organisationstalent
- Du bist kommunikationsstark in schriftlicher und mündlicher Form; teamfähig und bereit zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
- Du bist kundenorientiert, trittst professionell auf und bist belastbar in stressigen Projektphasen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
