Finanz- und Lohnbuchhalter im Rechnungswesen (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie das Mahnwesen
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Sachkontenbuchhaltung und die Buchung von Reisekosten
- Sie erstellen und bearbeiten die Zahlungsläufe und pflegen die OP-Listen sowie stimmen die Konten ab
- Sie arbeiten bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit und erstellen die monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnungen inklusive Zahlungsverkehr und Bescheinigungen
- Sie begleiten Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen und bearbeiten individuelle Lohn-Sachverhalte

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben Ihre kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellte/r (m/w/d), erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügen über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Sie sind sicher in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in DATEV, Unternehmen online und eventuell auch über Erfahrung mit HRworks. Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse setzen wir voraus
- Sie sind eine zuverlässige, organisierte und strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit einem guten Zahlenverständnis und ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sie haben eine gute Auffassungsgabe, Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, die Ihr Profil abrunden

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
