Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Leitung von anspruchsvollen Bauprojekten in der Life-Science-Industrie – von der Mitwirkung bei der Angebotserstellung bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe.
- Du steuerst souverän das Projektbudget, übernimmst das Kosten- und Nachtragsmanagement nach VOB/HOAI und erarbeitest bei Bedarf wirksame Gegensteuerungsmaßnahmen.
- Mithilfe von MS Project planst und organisierst Du sämtliche Projektabläufe, koordinierst die technischen Gewerke und stellst die Einhaltung aller Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsanforderungen sicher.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson führst Du Dein interdisziplinäres Projektteam und agierst als souveräne Schnittstelle zu Bauherren, Architekten, Nutzern und externen Gutachtern.
- Du pflegst aktiv die Beziehungen zu den Kunden, leitest zielführend die relevanten Besprechungen und stimmst Dich eng mit der Projektassistenz ab.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium der Fachrichtung Verfahrens-, Versorgungs-, Umwelttechnik, Biotechnologie oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang abgeschlossen oder einen Techniker-/ Meisterabschluss der Fachrichtung HKLS, Anlagenbau
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Industrieprojekten in der Branche Life Science, Chemie und Anlagenbau, idealerweise Pharma
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, MS Project und bist sicher in der Anwendung der VOB, HOAI und des Regelwerks der Technik
- Du bist bereit zu projektbedingten Reisen in der DACH Region und beherrschst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Du arbeitest selbständig und eigenverantwortlich, bist durchsetzungsfähig, kommunikationsstark, teamfähig und hast eine starke Kunden- und Qualitätsorientierung
- Du hast Lust auf spannende Herausforderungen und ein Unternehmen, das an innovativen Großprojekten für weltbekannte Kund:innen arbeitet

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
