Senior Projektleiter im Life Science Bereich (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst verantwortungsvoll die Projektleitung für Bauvorhaben in der Life Science-Branche
- Du führst ein Projektteam aus allen technischen Gewerken in allen Leistungsphasen und bist die Schnittstelle zu Bauherr:innen, Nutzer:innen, Architekt:innen und Gutachter:innen
- Du wirkst bei der Angebotserstellung mit, organisierst Projektabläufe und stellst die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsanforderungen sicher
- Du koordinierst die Gewerke und führst Besprechungen sowie pflegst die Beziehungen zu Kund:innen
- Du wickelst die Projekte wirtschaftlich innerhalb des von der Geschäftsleitung vorgegebenen Honorarrahmens ab, überwachst das Projektbudget und erarbeitest Gegensteuerungsmaßnahmen
- Du wendest das Kosten-/Nachtrags- und Änderungsmanagement sicher und fundiert an und stellst die Einhaltung der Projektziele sicher
- Du stimmst dich eng mit der Projektassistenz ab

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium der Fachrichtung Verfahrens-, Versorgungs-, Umwelttechnik, Biotechnologie oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang abgeschlossen oder einen Techniker-/ Meisterabschluss der Fachrichtung HKLS, Anlagenbau
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Industrieprojekten in der Branche Life Science, Chemie und Anlagenbau, idealerweise Pharma
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, MS Project und bist sicher in der Anwendung der VOB, HOAI und des Regelwerks der Technik
- Du bist bereit zu projektbedingten Reisen in der DACH Region und beherrschst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Du arbeitest selbständig und eigenverantwortlich, bist durchsetzungsfähig, kommunikationsstark, teamfähig und hast eine starke Kunden- und Qualitätsorientierung
- Du hast Lust auf spannende Herausforderungen und ein Unternehmen, das an innovativen Großprojekten für weltbekannte Kund:innen arbeitet

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
