Projektleiter für Fertigungs- und Prüfkonzepte (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du leitest und koordinierst das Teilprojekt Fertigungs- und Prüfkonzept innerhalb des Produktentstehungsprozesses
- Du erstellst und pflegst Zeit-, Ressourcen-, Meilenstein- und Kostenpläne
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsanforderungen
- Du organisierst und schaffst die Rahmenbedingungen für eine effiziente und erfolgreiche Projektarbeit
- Du organisierst und führst die Regelkommunikation innerhalb des Projektteams durch
- Du erstellst und präsentierst regelmäßige Projektberichte für den Gesamtprojektverantwortlichen und deinen Teamleiter
- Du betreibst Risikomanagement und wirkst an Lessons-Learned-Prozessen mit
- Du definierst die notwendigen Arbeitspakete gemeinsam mit abteilungsinternen Projektmitgliedern

Dein Profil:
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, des Projektmanagements oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Planung, Umsetzung und Steuerung von Projekten
- Du verfügst über fundiertes Know-how in der Fertigungs- und Produktionsplanung sowie von Prüftechniken
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in gängigen Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Frameworks
- Du planst zielgerichtet, wirtschaftlich und effizient
- Du arbeitest analytisch, systematisch und strukturiert
- Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Problemlösefähigkeit und logisches Denken
- Du hast ein Organisations- und Koordinationstalent sowie eine strategische Denkweise
- Du handelst proaktiv und hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
