Immobilienkaufmann für Objektverwaltung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust die Mieter:innen und deren Anliegen, führst Mieterhöhungen durch und erstellst Mietverträge
- Du erstellst Nebenkostenabrechnungen
- Du verwaltest die im Bestand seienden Wohnungen/Gewerbe im Rahmen der WEG-Verwaltung
- Du kontrollierst die eingehenden Hausgeldabrechnungen und Wirtschaftspläne
- Du prüfst Rechnungen und bearbeitest Behördenvorgänge sowie den Kontakt zu Behörden
- Du betreust Objekte, führst Begehungen und Instandhaltungen durch und übernimmst das Facility Management an unserem Standort, inklusive der Schlüsselverwaltung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Immobilienkauffrau/-mann (m/w/d) oder Kauffrau/-mann (m/w/d) der Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft oder gleichwertige Kenntnisse
- Du hast einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich der Objektverwaltung, was wünschenswert ist
- Du bist vertraut mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Du bist kommunikativ und freust dich auf den Umgang mit internen und externen Ansprechpersonen
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
