Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bearbeiten eigenständig alle Personalthemen im Tagesgeschäft
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Personalbeschaffung und das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender
- Sie beraten die Geschäftsführung und Fachabteilungen in arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
- Sie betreuen und entwickeln die Personalprozesse und -instrumente weiter
- Sie verwalten Personalakten, Verträge und weitere administrative Themen
- Sie wirken bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen mit, einschließlich der Einführung neuer Tools, und unterstützen strategische Projekte im HR-Umfeld auf logotheoretischer Grundlage

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung im Personalbereich, idealerweise im Mittelstand, und sind sicher im Umgang mit arbeitsrechtlichen und personalwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
- Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische oder juristische Ausbildung mit HR-Schwerpunkt oder ein Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, BWL oder vergleichbar
- Sie sind selbstständig, strukturiert, lösungsorientiert, verantwortungsbewusst, diskret, kommunikationsstark, belastbar und flexibel
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingend) und idealerweise Englischkenntnisse
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit HR-Software, insbesondere HR-Works und DATEV LODAS, von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
