Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie analysieren und lösen komplexe Sachverhalte im Rahmen der Gesamtbanksteuerung
- Sie sind für die Weiterentwicklung und Pflege der Vorkalkulationssysteme für Finanzierungs- und Anlagekonditionen zuständig
- Sie bearbeiten übergreifende Themenkomplexe zwischen dem Vertriebs- und Risikocontrolling sowie dem Rechnungs- & Meldewesen
- Sie sind für die Umsetzung von aufsichtsrechtlichen Änderungen in der Gesamtbanksteuerung zuständig und für die Durchführung und Konzeption der aufsichtsrechtlichen Eigenkapitalplanung verantwortlich
- Sie wirken bei der vierteljährlichen Ergebnisvorschaurechnung mit und führen Soll-/Ist-Abweichungsanalysen im Hinblick auf Vertriebsergebnisse und Budgets einzelner Bereiche durch
- Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsreportings und leiten Steuerungsmaßnahmen aus den regelmäßigen Berichten des Vertriebs- und Risikocontrollings ab

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine Bankausbildung, gerne mit Zusatzqualifikationen (z. B. betriebswirtschaftliches Studium)
- Sie haben bereits Berufserfahrung im Controlling einer Bank gesammelt und verfügen über umfassende Kenntnisse in den Themengebieten der Gesamtbanksteuerung
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse im relevanten Bankenaufsichtsrecht (MaRisk / CRR) und haben bereits Erfahrung mit bankspezifischen Controlling-Programmen (vorzugsweise VR-Control)
- Sie sind technisch affin und sicher in der Anwendung von Office-Produkten
- Sie verfügen über eine effiziente, analytische, selbstständige, ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeits- und Denkweise und besitzen die Fähigkeit, zwischen verschiedenen Themengebieten vernetzt zu denken
- Sie sind zuverlässig, besitzen ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation und treten schnell mit Menschen in Kontakt
