Werkstattmeister für Baugeräte & Baumaschinen (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen unsere Werkstatt unter Berücksichtigung technischer Aspekte und planen sowie steuern die Montageeinsätze unserer Servicetechniker:innen
- Sie arbeiten aktiv bei der Wartung und bei Reparaturen an Baugeräten und Baumaschinen mit
- Sie nehmen Reparaturen an und beraten unsere Kund:innen technisch
- Sie erstellen Kostenvoranschläge
- Sie sind für die Ausbildung und Betreuung unserer Auszubildenden verantwortlich
- Sie führen technische Einweisungen bei der Übergabe und Auslieferung von Neumaschinen durch und unterstützen unser Vertriebspersonal technisch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.B. als Mechatroniker:in im Bereich Land- und Baumaschinentechnik, KFZ-Mechatroniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben idealerweise eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Meister (m/w/d)
- Sie haben bereits Berufserfahrung als Werkstattleiter:in oder -meister:in
- Sie führen Personal sicher und haben die notwendige Organisationsverantwortung
- Sie verfügen über ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und arbeiten eigenständig, dynamisch und kundenorientiert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
