Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beraten und betreuen mit umfassendem Fachwissen und Begeisterung sowohl unsere gewerblichen als auch privaten Kund:innen im Bereich Holzbau und Holzwaren. Dabei stehen Sie ihnen als kompetente Ansprechperson zur Seite
- Sie erstellen eigenständig individuelle und maßgeschneiderte Angebote, die optimal auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen abgestimmt sind, und verfolgen diese aktiv, um eine bestmögliche Unterstützung zu gewährleisten
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die gesamte Auftragsabwicklung – von der Angebotserstellung über die Bearbeitung bis hin zur Rechnungsstellung – und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf innerhalb unseres modernen Warenwirtschaftssystems
- Sie überwachen kontinuierlich die Materialverfügbarkeit in unserem Lager und initiieren bei Bedarf Bestellungen bei Lieferanten, um eine lückenlose Versorgung sicherzustellen
- Sie führen aktiv Gespräche mit Lieferanten, holen Preisanfragen ein und pflegen intensive Kontakte, um eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit zu fördern
- Sie bearbeiten bei Unregelmäßigkeiten Reklamationen professionell und entwickeln in enger Abstimmung mit Kund:innen und Lieferanten kreative Lösungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement (m/w/d), Kaufmann im Einzelhandel (m/w/d) oder eine handwerkliche Ausbildung im Bereich Holz
- Sie bringen idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in der Beratung und im Verkauf von Holzprodukten sowie Baustoffen mit, was Ihnen einen Vorteil verschafft
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Freude am direkten Kund:innenkontakt aus und schätzen die enge Zusammenarbeit in einem engagierten Team
- Sie treten stets kundenorientiert, freundlich und überzeugend auf, wodurch Sie das Vertrauen unserer Kund:innen gewinnen
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, mit hohem Engagement und einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Verantwortung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
