E-Commerce Platform Owner für Onlineshops (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die strategische Weiterentwicklung und operative Steuerung unserer Onlineshops – darunter GoldSilberShop.de, Solit-Shop, Goldrevolution, Großhandel, Ankauf und potenzielle neue Whitelabelshops
- Du entwickelst eine klare, zukunftsorientierte E-Commerce-Strategie und priorisierst Anforderungen konsequent nach Kundennutzen und Business-Zielen
- Du steuerst die Umsetzung neuer Features in agilen Teams (Scrum/Kanban) und pflegst die Produkt-Roadmap mit Weitblick
- Du optimierst die Customer Journey, analysierst Conversion Rates, führst A/B-Tests durch und leitest daraus gezielte Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung ab
- Du arbeitest funktionsübergreifend mit IT, DevOps, Handel und Support sowie eng mit Performance-Marketing, Content, UX/UI und Brand zusammen
- Du beobachtest Markttrends, erkennst Innovationspotenziale und bringst Impulse für unsere Internationalisierung ein
- Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Plattformen technologisch skalierbar, rechtlich sicher und nutzerfreundlich bleiben

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung als Platform Owner oder im digitalen Produktmanagement – idealerweise im E-Commerce-Umfeld
- Du kennst dich bestens mit modernen E-Commerce-Plattformen aus, idealerweise mit Shopware
- Du arbeitest routiniert mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) sowie Tools wie Jira, Confluence, Analytics und A/B-Testing
- Du kommunizierst klar, denkst kundenorientiert und arbeitest gerne über Teamgrenzen hinweg
- Du bringst eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit, übernimmst Verantwortung und priorisierst sicher
- Du verfügst ein abgeschlossenes Studium ist ein Plus – entscheidend ist aber deine Begeisterung für E-Commerce und dein Gestaltungswille
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau)und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2-Niveau)

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
