- Sie beraten unsere Profi-Kundschaft fachkundig zu unserem gesamten Sortiment im Bereich Hochbau und finden für jedes Projekt die passende Lösung.
- Sie erstellen Angebote, bearbeiten Kundenaufträge und begleiten den gesamten Verkaufsprozess von der Anfrage bis zum Abschluss.
- Sie sorgen für eine attraktive Warenpräsentation, gestalten unsere Verkaufs- und Aktionsflächen und verantworten die Pflege des Produktsortiments.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ihrem Team gewährleisten Sie reibungslose Abläufe und schaffen für unsere Kund:innen ein erstklassiges Einkaufserlebnis.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder handwerklichen Bereich mit, idealerweise mit Bezug zum Bauwesen (z.B. als Kaufmann/-frau im Groß- und Außenhandel oder Maurer:in).
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung im Verkauf oder in der Beratung von Baustoffen gesammelt – Quereinsteiger:innen mit handwerklicher Expertise sind aber ebenso willkommen.
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Hochbau und können unsere Profi-Kund:innen dadurch kompetent beraten.
- Als kommunikative und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit macht es Ihnen Spaß, im Team zu arbeiten und auf Kunden zuzugehen.
- Sie sprechen verhandlungssicher Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau), um eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicherzustellen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
