Was erwartet dich?

Du erfasst und verarbeitest eigenständig alle laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle im Bereich Kreditoren-, Anlagen- und Sachkontenbuchhaltung sowie Buchungen von Banken, Kassen, Kreditkarten und Reisekosten
Du koordinierst und erstellst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse für sämtliche Gesellschaften im In- und Ausland
Du übernimmst die ganzheitliche Finanzverantwortung für einzelne Gesellschaften, einschließlich Abschlussprüfung, Berichterstattung und Koordination mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern
Du wickelst den gruppenweiten Zahlungsverkehr ab und kontrollierst ihn
Du klärst bilanzielle Grundsatzfragen und bearbeitest komplexe Geschäftsvorfälle in Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und dem Controlling
Du bist verantwortlich für Konten- und Intercompany-Abstimmungen sowie statistische Meldungen
Du unterstützt die Fachbereiche und internationalen Tochtergesellschaften als kompetente:r Finance Business Partner:in
Du übernimmst das Onboarding und die Integration neuer Gesellschaften in die buchhalterische Systemlandschaft
Du entwickelst bestehende Prozesse und Systeme weiter, insbesondere im Bereich Fast Close Readiness und Internes Kontrollsystem
Du arbeitest an Sonderprojekten wie der Einführung eines neuen ERP-Systems, Internationalisierungsstrategien oder M&A-Prozessen mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast eine Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zur/zum Steuerfachangestellten oder Bilanzbuchhalter:in oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen
Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 3-5 Jahre) im Rechnungswesen, insbesondere mit Abschlusssicherheit bei Jahresabschlussprüfungen sowie Erfahrung in bilanz- und buchhaltungsbezogenen Projekten, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
Du besitzt umfassende Kenntnisse im HGB und Steuerrecht; zusätzliche Kenntnisse in IFRS oder US-GAAP (inkl. SOX) sind von Vorteil
Du hast die Fähigkeit, in komplexen IT-Strukturen zu arbeiten und diese weiterzuentwickeln, sowie Erfahrung mit der Standardisierung und Digitalisierung von Accounting-Prozessen
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Excel, DATEV, Oracle Netsuite (wünschenswert) und CRM-Systemen
Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C2) und hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
