Wir suchen eine hochmotivierte und detailorientierte Bauleitungspersönlichkeit (m/w/d) zur Koordination und Überwachung von Innenausbauarbeiten auf der Baustelle – von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung.

Was erwartet dich?

Du überwachst und steuerst sämtliche Innenausbauarbeiten auf der Baustelle
Du koordinierst Nachunternehmer:innen, Lieferant:innen und interne Teams
Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf und die termingerechte Umsetzung sicher
Du überwachst Materiallieferungen und den Einsatz von Geräten
Du erkennst Probleme frühzeitig und entwickelst passende Lösungen
Du führst regelmäßige Baustellenbegehungen zur Qualitätssicherung durch
Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und gesetzlichen Vorgaben sicher
Du leitest bei Bedarf Korrekturmaßnahmen ein
Du setzt Gesundheits, Sicherheits und Umweltvorschriften auf der Baustelle durch
Du führst Sicherheitsunterweisungen und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen durch

Du bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Projektbeteiligten mit
Du verfügst idealerweise über Zertifizierungen im Bereich Bauleitung oder Sicherheit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
