- Du bist in der Region SÜD (ab Köln – Bayern) & Österreich tätig und verbringst vertraglich festgehalten mindestens 2 Übernachtungen in der Region pro Woche
- Du betreust ein eigenes Verkaufsgebiet und steuerst die Markt- und Segmentbearbeitung gemäß unserer Vertriebsstrategie ebenso kompetent wie vorausschauend
- Du bist online, telefonisch oder direkt vor Ort für unsere Kund:innen da und berätst fachlich fundiert bei der Auswahl und Anwendung unseres Portfolios im ZfP-Segment
- Du pflegst unsere Bestandskund:innen, baust Geschäftsbeziehungen aus und hast die Neukundenakquise ganz oben auf deiner Agenda
- Du verantwortest Umsatz und Margen in deinem Verkaufsgebiet, ermittelst Kund:innenpotenziale und bewertest diese
- Du bringst dein umfassendes Know-how in die Zusammenarbeit mit bereichsübergreifenden Abteilungen ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit mindestens 3-jähriger Berufserfahrung
- Du bist optional Quereinsteiger:in mit Vertriebserfahrung
- Du hast Erfahrung im Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen technischen Lösungen aus der Industrie, idealerweise ergänzt mit Kenntnissen aus dem Bereich ZfP
- Du bist fit im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig
- Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kund:innen- und Ergebnisorientierung, Eigeninitiative sowie Teamgeist und hast eine erhöhte Reisebereitschaft mit 2 Übernachtungen pro Woche
