Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwirfst und modellierst anspruchsvolle Bauteile und Anlagen in 3D-CAD und wendest dabei moderne BIM-Methoden an.
- Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der technischen Planung für Projekte in den Bereichen Energiewirtschaft, Elektrotechnik sowie Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitärtechnik.
- Du erstellst detaillierte Ausführungs- und Montagepläne und stimmst dich dabei eng mit Architekten und Fachingenieuren ab.
- Mithilfe von ORCA AVA unterstützt du bei der Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und der dazugehörigen Massenermittlung.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von CAD-Standards sicher und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Qualität unserer Bauprojekte.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium als Technische:r Systemplaner:in, Technische:r Zeichner:in oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Bereich.
- Du bringst bereits relevante Berufserfahrung in der Bauplanung oder Konstruktion mit und bist sicher im Umgang mit gängiger CAD-Software.
- Dein hohes technisches Verständnis und deine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise helfen dir, auch komplexe Projekte präzise umzusetzen.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der 3D-Modellierung und mit der BIM-Methodik gesammelt.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit Projektpartnern sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
