Hardwareentwickler für Drucksensoren (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung von metallischen Messzellen für unsere Drucksensoren
- Optimierung von Aufbau- und Verbindungstechniken sowie Weiterentwicklung unseres Know-Hows in diesem Bereich
- Begleitung von Die- und Wirebonding Technologien von ASICs und MEMS-Sensoren
- Entwicklung geeigneter Klebe-, Präge- und Schweißprozesse für die Druckmesszellen
- Aufbau von Prototypen inkl. Testing und Verifikation der Ergebnisse
- Direkte Mitgestaltung des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses – von der ersten Idee bis zur Serienreife

Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrens- bzw. Mikrosystemtechnik, Feinwerktechnik, Mechatronik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet (z. B. auch Medizintechnik)
- Interesse an der Entwicklung von hochpräzisen Sensorbauteilen
- Motivation, sich schnell und eigenständig in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten
- Kreative Denkweise und Freude daran, Lösungen neu zu denken
- Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke, um mit Fachbereichen wie Fertigung und Qualitätssicherung eng zusammenzuarbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
