Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen als Schichtleiter:in die Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines mehrköpfigen Schicht-Teams
- Sie sind zuständig für die Planung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Herstellungsprozesses und steuern die Prozesse von der Rohware, über die Verarbeitung bis zur Verpackung unserer Produkte
- Sie behalten stets die wichtigsten Kennzahlen im Auge und nutzen diese, um den Produktionsprozess kontinuierlich zu optimieren und eine hohe Produktqualität zu gewährleisten
- Sie stellen zusammen mit der Abteilung Wartung & Instandhaltung die ständige Einsatzbereitschaft der Maschinen und Anlagen in Ihrem Produktionsbereich sicher
- Sie arbeiten eng mit den Abteilungen Qualitätsmanagement und KVP zusammen
- Sie tragen Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der gültigen Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung in der Lebensmittelindustrie sowie über eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben Erfahrungen in der Produktion, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung, und Kenntnisse in der Lebensmittelindustrie
- Sie überzeugen durch Ihr positives Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, Menschen im Umfeld zu motivieren und anzuleiten
- Sie sind bereit zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb (2-Schicht) und sicher im Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
