Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die technische Schichtverantwortung, wenn die Schichtleitung nicht vor Ort ist
- Sie teilen das zugewiesene Personal ein und koordinieren sowie leiten das technische Team während der Schicht
- Sie überprüfen und warten technische Anlagen und greifen rasch bei Störungen ein
- Sie sprechen sich mit der Schichtleitung Produktion ab und arbeiten an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen mit
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Produktionszielen, Qualitätsstandards und Sicherheitsrichtlinien sicher und übergeben an die Vor- und Folgeschicht

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. Elektriker:in, Mechatroniker:in, Industriemechaniker:in oder Ähnliches)
- Sie haben erste Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position, vorzugsweise in einem technischen Umfeld
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich, genau und sauber
- Sie besitzen Teamgeist, Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie gute Umgangsformen
- Sie sind motiviert, andere anzuleiten, und bereit zur Schichtarbeit (2 Schichten)
- Sie bringen fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit (C1)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
