Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Vertriebsprozesse in den verschiedensten Branchen von der Leadgenerierung und Beratung über die Vertragsverhandlung bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss
- Du berätst bezüglich der Einsatzmöglichkeiten sowie Nutzen und Mehrwerte unserer Softwarelösungen
- Du präsentierst unsere Softwarelösungen mit individuellen System-Demos - virtuell als auch vor Ort bei unseren Kund:innen
- Du baust eine umfassende Expertise auf, um unsere Kund:innen in den Bereichen Digitalisierung und Nachhaltigkeit beraten zu können
- Du nutzt und erweiterst das bestehende Partner- und Kund:innennetzwerk zur Generierung neuer Vertriebspotentiale
- Du gestaltest die Marketing- und Vertriebsstrategien unseres neuen Standorts in München aktiv mit und treibst deren Weiterentwicklung voran

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Studienabschluss im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du begeisterst dich für Software und hast bereits erste Praxiserfahrung im Sales oder der technischen Beratung – idealerweise im Bereich erklärungsbedürftige Software – sammeln können
- Du überzeugst durch deine Kommunikationsstärke sowie dein serviceorientiertes und zuverlässiges Auftreten
- Du hast ein gutes Transfervermögen, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu verstehen, um eine optimale Lead Experience zu schaffen
- Du packst Dinge an und bringst sie strukturiert zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- (mindestens C1) und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) in Wort und Schrift mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
