Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten den Vertrieb unserer Paper-Technology-Lösungen und entwickeln Ihr Vertriebsgebiet strategisch weiter, um nachhaltiges Wachstum zu sichern.
- Sie bauen langfristige und vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Bestandskunden auf und gewinnen durch Ihre Expertise gezielt Neukunden im nationalen sowie internationalen Markt.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Technik analysieren Sie Kundenanforderungen und konzipieren passgenaue technologische Auslegungen für Papier- und Kartonmaschinenkomponenten.
- Sie steuern den gesamten Vertriebsprozess von der kaufmännischen und technischen Ausarbeitung der Angebote über die überzeugende Produktpräsentation bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
- Sie führen eigenständig anspruchsvolle Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen und bringen diese zielsicher zu einem erfolgreichen Abschluss.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Ingenieurstudium, z. B. im Bereich Papiertechnik, erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits erste Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb oder in der Papierindustrie mit.
- Sie überzeugen mit Verhandlungsgeschick, einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise und der Fähigkeit, Kunden zu begeistern.
- Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer arbeiten Sie gerne eng mit Kollegen und Kunden zusammen.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch sowie Englisch und bringen die notwendige Reisebereitschaft mit.
