- Du prüfst die Warenverfügbarkeit für alle Kund:innengruppen und wickelst die entsprechenden Bestellungen ab
- Du behältst den Überblick über offene Bestellungen und kümmerst dich um die korrekte Auftragserstellung
- Bei Preisänderungen oder spezifischen Zuteilungen nimmst du Anpassungen und Korrekturen vor
- Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher und koordinierst dich mit Vertriebsteams und unserem Bereich Logistik
- Du bringst dich aktiv in die Optimierung unserer Prozesse und Tools ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, die dir betriebswirtschaftliche Sicherheit gibt, und du hast bereits Erfahrungen im (Groß-) Handel gesammelt
- Du besitzt ein gutes technisches Verständnis und denkst in Prozessen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, priorisierst klar und findest auch bei Unerwartetem schnell einen Weg
- Du kommunizierst verlässlich und konstruktiv und findest auch auf Englisch (mindestens Niveau B2) die richtigen Worte
- Du nutzt Tools wie ERP und CRM-Systeme, Ticketsysteme und MS Office sicher und zielgerichtet

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
