DAS ERWARTET DICH
- Du entwickelst und steuerst unser Qualitätsmanagement strategisch weiter – auf Basis von ISO 9001, GMP+, HACCP und weiteren relevanten Standards.
- Du sorgst dafür, dass gesetzliche und regulatorische Vorgaben im Bereich der Futtermittelproduktion eingehalten und umgesetzt werden.
- Qualität endet für dich nicht am Werkstor: Du überwachst und optimierst unsere Prozesse – von der Rohstoffbeschaffung bis zur Auslieferung.
- Du führst Qualitätskontrollen durch, analysierst Laborergebnisse und leitest daraus gezielte Maßnahmen ab.
- Du bewertest unsere Lieferanten hinsichtlich ihrer Qualitätsstandards und gehst Kundenreklamationen strukturiert mit CAPA-Maßnahmen an.
- Du planst und führst interne Audits durch und begleitest externe Prüfungen – durch Behörden, Kunden oder Zertifizierungsstellen.
- Du schulst und sensibilisierst unsere Mitarbeitenden für qualitäts- und sicherheitsrelevante Themen.
- Du erstellst relevante Qualitätskennzahlen und Reports und nutzt diese als Basis für kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kollegen (m/w/d) aus Produktion, Einkauf, Logistik, Labor und Vertrieb zusammen.
- Du bist Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für alle QM-Fragen – intern und extern.
- Und nicht zuletzt: Du verantwortest die Themen rund um Arbeitssicherheit und unterstützt uns dabei, unsere Standards weiter zu erhöhen.

DAMIT BEGEISTERST DU UNS
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Agrarwissenschaften, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Tierernährung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement – idealerweise in der Futtermittelindustrie oder einem agrarischen Umfeld.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den relevanten QM-Systemen (ISO 9001, GMP+, HACCP etc.).
- Du handelst proaktiv, denkst unternehmerisch und kannst Teams motivieren.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
- Du hast Freude daran, Dinge zu verbessern, Prozesse zu hinterfragen und aktiv zu gestalten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
