Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest eigenständig die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung in DATEV und Zoho Books, inklusive Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachkontenbuchhaltung
- Du prüfst Eingangsrechnungen, erstellst Ausgangsrechnungen, übernimmst die korrekte Kontierung und sorgst für eine saubere Buchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle
- Du stimmst Konten ab, überwachst Zahlungsein- und -ausgänge und stellst die Ordnungsmäßigkeit der Buchführung sicher
- Du erstellst die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und bereitest Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse für unsere Steuerberatung vor
- Du bearbeitest Reisekostenabrechnungen, prüfst Belege auf Vollständigkeit und buchhalterische Richtigkeit
- Du führst eigenständig die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung durch und pflegst die zugehörigen Personal- und Bewegungsdaten
- Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Fragen und erstellst Bescheinigungen sowie Auswertungen
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Steuerberatung zusammen und setzt Rückmeldungen strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich um
- Du hast Lust, unsere internen Prozesse mitzugestalten und weiterzuentwickeln
- Du möchtest mehr Verantwortung übernehmen? Im Bereich Controlling behältst du den Überblick über aktuelle Zahlen, Forecasts und Kostenentwicklungen – und entdeckst Optimierungspotenziale

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung in Finanzbuchhaltung – oder eine Ausbildung zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit – optimalerweise inkl. Reisekosten und Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatungen
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und selbstständig – und denkst auch an Details, ohne das große Ganze aus dem Blick zu verlieren
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit DATEV und hast idealerweise auch Erfahrung mit Zoho Books oder vergleichbaren Tools
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für buchhalterische Prozesse und Freude daran, Wissen zu dokumentieren und weiterzugeben
- Du bist offen für digitale Tools, denkst gerne mit und hast Spaß daran, Prozesse laufend zu verbessern

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
