Ihre Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung vertriebsorientierter Content-Strategien für Website, Newsletter und Social Media
- Erstellung zielgruppenrelevanter Inhalte für Schüler:innen, Studieninteressierte und internationale Bewerber:innen
- Steuerung und Optimierung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, ggf. TikTok & YouTube)
- Redaktionsplanung, Community Management und KPI-basiertes Reporting
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Performance-Marketing-, Design- und Admissions-Team
- Entwicklung von Inhalten für Landingpages und digitale Kampagnen
- Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Unterstützung bei Text, Bildkonzepten und Content-Optimierung

Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Content Marketing oder Social Media mit vertrieblichem Fokus
- Textsicherheit in Deutsch und Englisch – überzeugend, klar, zielorientiert
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Social Media Tools (z. B. Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite)
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Performance Marketing (z. B. SEO/SEA)
- Grundkenntnisse in CMS-Systemen sowie Grundverständnis für Conversion-optimierten Content
- Interesse oder Erfahrung im Einsatz KI-basierter Tools (Texterstellung, Bildideen, Analyse)
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Zielorientierung

Mit einem Medizinstudium am Universitätsmedizin Neumarkt am Mieresch Campus Hamburg (UMCH) können sich Abiturient*innen ihren Traum erfüllen und Medizin in Deutschland ohne Wartezeit und Spitzenabitur studieren. Der UMCH ist eine Niederlassung der staatlichen Universität für Medizin, Pharmazie, Naturwissenschaften und Technik Neumarkt am Mieresch (UMFST Neumarkt a. M.). I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
