Leiter (m/w/d) Marketing
Als erste/r Marketingleiter/in übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle im Unternehmen. Du entwickelst unsere Marketingstrategie, setzt diese operativ um – und baust gleichzeitig schrittweise ein leistungsfähiges Marketingteam auf. Du berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsführung und arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, HR und weiteren Schnittstellen zusammen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Strategie & Positionierung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer nachhaltigen Marketingstrategie (online & offline) zur Unterstützung von Wachstum, Positionierung und Markenbildung
- Operative Umsetzung: Du verantwortest anfangs alle zentralen Maßnahmen selbst – von Kampagnen, über Content und Performance Marketing bis hin zu Events oder Employer Branding
- Teamaufbau: Innerhalb von 12 bis 18 Monaten baust Du ein kleines, aber schlagkräftiges Marketingteam auf – inklusive Rollenplanung, Teilnahme am Recruiting und Führung.
- Schnittstellenmanagement: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, HR, Produktentwicklung und externen Partnern wie Agenturen oder Freelancern
- Controlling & Reporting: Aufbau geeigneter KPIs, regelmäßige Erfolgskontrolle sowie fortlaufende Optimierung der Maßnahmen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder Kommunikation bzw. eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Du kannst bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen und operativen Marketing vorweisen, idealerweise in einem B2B-Dienstleistungsumfeld
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, sowohl konzeptionell zu denken als auch selbst „mit anzupacken“ – insbesondere in der Anfangsphase ohne bestehendes Team
- Du hast Erfahrung im Teamaufbau und in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden (direkt oder in Projekten)
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine starken kommunikativen Fähigkeiten, deiner Überzeugungskraft und deinem unternehmerischen Denken aus
- Du bringt genug Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen Marketingtools und CRM-Systemen mit sowie mit Content- oder Performance-Marketing
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, proaktiv und lösungsorientiert
- Du kannst mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen sehr sicher umgehen
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind fließend in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
