Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und konzipierst Photovoltaik-Großprojekte von der Angebotsphase über das Layout bis zur finalen Ausführungsplanung.
- Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen sowie lokale Gegebenheiten und optimierst die Anlagentechnik, um die Wirtschaftlichkeit des Projekts sicherzustellen.
- Du koordinierst die technische Umsetzung des Netzanschlusses und agierst dabei als zentrale Schnittstelle zu Netzbetreibern und externen Partnern.
- Du erstellst die technischen Leistungsverzeichnisse und steuerst die Bauleitung sowie die beauftragten Subunternehmer während der Errichtungsphase.
- Du begleitest die technische Inbetriebnahme, erstellst die As-Built-Dokumentation und verantwortest die reibungslose Übergabe an den Kunden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein technisches Studium (z.B. Elektrotechnik, Erneuerbare Energien), eine Ausbildung zum Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Planung oder im Projektmanagement von PV-Anlagen mit – auch als engagierte:r Absolvent:in bist du willkommen.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast idealerweise schon mit einer Planungssoftware wie PV*SOL oder AutoCAD gearbeitet.
- Mit deiner selbstständigen Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke steuerst du Projekte zuverlässig und bist bereit, für diese auch zu reisen (ca. 50 %).
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und bringst fließende Englischkenntnisse für die internationale Zusammenarbeit mit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
