Als Senior Consultant (m/w/d) für Process Intelligence begleitest du Kunden in ihrer digitalen Transformation. Du nutzt Prozess- und Datenanalysen, um Potenziale sichtbar zu machen und konkrete Werthebel abzuleiten. Deine Aufgabe ist es, komplexe Daten in verständliche Business-Argumente zu übersetzen und belastbare Business Cases zu entwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen: Du arbeitest eng mit Kunden zusammen, um datengetriebene Potenziale in Geschäftsprozessen zu identifizieren und daraus konkrete Use Cases abzuleiten.
Datenanalyse mit modernsten Tools: Du analysierst komplexe Prozessdaten (z. B. aus SAP, Salesforce) mithilfe von Process Mining Technologien wie Celonis.
Projektbegleitung von A bis Z: Du begleitest Kundenprojekte von der initialen Analyse bis zur Skalierung der Lösung.
Workshops und Präsentationen: Du leitest Workshops mit Stakeholdern und präsentierst Ergebnisse souverän bis auf C-Level.
Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit & Datenmanagement: Du arbeitest mit Data Scientists, IT-Spezialisten und Fachbereichen zusammen und unterstützt bei der Konzeption, dem Aufbau von Datenpipelines und der Sicherstellung der Datenqualität.
Weiterentwicklung von Methoden: Du bringst aktiv eigene Ideen zur Verbesserung interner Methoden, Tools und Templates ein.

Dein Profil

Erfahrung: Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Prozessanalyse, IT-Beratung oder im Umgang mit Process-Mining-Tools (z. B. Celonis) sammeln können.
Ausbildung: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Data Science, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich.
Technisches Know-how: Idealerweise bringst du Fachkenntnisse in SQL (PQL), Python oder Datenmodellierung mit.
Analytische Fähigkeiten: Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hast Spaß daran, datenbasierte Optimierungspotenziale in Geschäftsprozessen zu identifizieren.
BWL-Verständnis: Ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge ist für dich selbstverständlich.
Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
