- Du leitest das interne Kompetenzteam für Process Mining und datengetriebene Wertschöpfung und baust das Team, die Strukturen, Kompetenzen und Beratungsleistungen weiter auf
- Du treibst die Entwicklung und Vermarktung eigener Signature-Lösungen auf der Celonis-Plattform maßgeblich voran
- Du bringst dein starkes, persönliches Netzwerk in Process Analytics, Mining und dem Data Science-Ökosystem rund um Celonis als Marktführer ein
- Du verantwortest Kundenbeziehungen auf C-Level, führst komplexe Transformationsprojekte zum Erfolg
- Du erkennst Marktpotenziale frühzeitig und entwickelst daraus neue Geschäftsfelder, Allianzen und Produkte
- Du entwickelst das Projektgeschäft mit Celonis als bestehenden Technologie-Partner und baust neue Partnerschaften aus
- Du leitest eigenverantwortlich Projekte - von der Konzeptentwicklung über die technische Umsetzung bis zur Sicherstellung messbarer Kundenergebnisse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst umfassende Berufserfahrung im Bereich Technologie-Beratung mit Fokus auf Digitaler Transformation, AI, Process Mining, BPM, oder datenbasierter Wertschöpfung mit – idealerweise in einer Führungsrolle eines Software-Herstellers oder einer Beratung
- Du nutzt Dein persönliches Netzwerk in einer oder mehreren unser drei Fokus-Industrien INDUSTRY & MANUFACTURING, AEROSPACE & DEFENSE und MOBILITY & TRANSPORTATION sowie im Celonis- und Process-Intelligence-Ökosystem aktiv zur Geschäftsentwicklung
- Du hast bereits erfolgreich Consulting-Teams, Marktstrategien und digitalen Lösungen entwickelt
- Du hast nachhaltigen Beratungsumsatz aufgebaut – vom ersten Pitch bis zur langfristigen Kundenbindung auf C-Level-Ebene mit Vertretern der Fachabteilungen und dem Zentral-Einkauf
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für die Bereiche Process Analytics und Data Science, einschließlich der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Du besitzt tiefgehende Praxiskenntnisse im Einsatz von Technologie-Plattformen wie z.B. Celonis sowie in der Integration von ERP-, SCM- oder PLM-Systemen
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
