Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist eigenverantwortlich für die Beschaffung von Materialien, Geräten und Dienstleistungen für unsere Großküchenprojekte zuständig
- Du baust strategische Partnerschaften mit Lieferanten auf und pflegst diese
- Du arbeitest eng mit Projektleitenden zur Abstimmung technischer Anforderungen und Liefertermine zusammen
- Du holst Angebote ein, vergleichst diese und führst Preisverhandlungen
- Du überwachst Liefertermine und stellst eine termingerechte Projektversorgung sicher
- Du pflegst Artikeldaten und Bestellungen im ERP-System und wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Einkaufsstrategie mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im technischen oder projektbezogenen Einkauf
- Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis und bist sicher im Umgang mit technischen Unterlagen und Stücklisten
- Du bist kommunikationsstark im Umgang mit Lieferant:innen und internen Schnittstellen
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast idealerweise ERP-Erfahrung
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und besitzt Team- und Organisationsfähigkeit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
