Was erwartet Sie?
- Beratung & Betreuung: Sie beraten vermögende Privatkunden ganzheitlich und individuell auf Basis der genossenschaftlichen Beratung – angepasst an Lebenssituation und finanzielle Ziele.
- Vermögensmanagement: Sie erstellen bedarfsgerechte Angebote und wirken im Vertrieb von VR-Finanzprodukten in Bezug auf die Vermögensanlage/ -bildung und Wertpapiere (Depot-B-Geschäft) mit.
- Verbundgeschäft: Sie binden gezielt die Expertise unserer Verbundpartner (z. B. R+V) ein und leiten Kunden bei Bedarf weiter.
- Bestands- & Neukundenmanagement: Sie intensivieren bestehende Kundenverbindungen und gewinnen aktiv neue Private Banking Kunden.
- Digitale Lösungen: Sie machen Ihre Kunden mit modernen digitalen Banking- und Anlageangeboten vertraut.
- Administrative Aufgaben: Sie sorgen für eine strukturierte Pflege von Kundendaten und Dokumentationen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium. Alternativ Erfahrung im Finanzvertrieb mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Private Banking.
- Beratungskompetenz: Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der bedarfsgerechten Beratung vermögender Privatkunden.
- Vertriebsaffinität: Freude am aktiven Kundenkontakt und der Entwicklung langfristiger Finanzstrategien.
- Digitale Affinität: Sicherheit im Umgang mit digitalen Beratungs- und Banking-Tools.
- Persönlichkeit: Sie sind kommunikationsstark, lösungsorientiert und bringen Engagement für Ihre fachliche Weiterentwicklung mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
