Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst unsere Softwareprojekte von der Discovery-Phase bis zum Go-Live – inklusive Projektplanung, Ressourcensteuerung, Budgetüberwachung und Zielverfolgung
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Projektreporting (Status, KPIs, Budgetentwicklung) sowie für die Hochrechnung des Budgetverbrauchs und die Anbahnung von Folgebeauftragungen
- Du erkennst Risiken frühzeitig, leitest Gegenmaßnahmen ein und agierst als Eskalationsinstanz
- Du moderierst Projektmeetings, organisierst projektübergreifende Formate wie Teamtage oder Onsites und sorgst für einen strukturierten Austausch
- Du stellst in Abstimmung mit unseren Kund:innen und Teams sicher, dass alle Anforderungen in hoher Qualität und Zufriedenheit umgesetzt werden
- Du definierst Projektrollen, begleitest den Aufbau des Projektteams und sorgst dafür, dass interne und externe Stakeholder jederzeit bestens informiert und eingebunden sind

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Management von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten mit, idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld mit Fokus auf Individualsoftware
- Du koordinierst interdisziplinäre Teams, beherrschst klassische sowie agile Projektmethoden (Scrum, Kanban) und steuerst Budgets, Ressourcen sowie KPIs souverän
- Du zeichnest Dich durch strukturierte Eigenverantwortung, einen kühlen Kopf in komplexen Situationen sowie Kommunikations- und Konfliktstärke aus
- Du erkennst Risiken frühzeitig, leitest passende Maßnahmen ab und verlierst Folgebeauftragungen nicht aus dem Blick
- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
