Was erwartet Sie?
- Eigenständiger Ausbau unseres Netzwerks an Projektentwicklern, Maklern und Investoren
- Sichten des Immobilienmarktes, der Newsletter und Investmentportale und der Angebote bezogen auf unser Suchprofil
- Durchführung von Objekt-Bewertungen sowie Standort- und Marktanalysen, Zielgruppen-, Nachfrage-, Konkurrenz- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Durchführung von Investitionsanalysen sowie die Erstellung von Cashflow Analysen und Financial Models
- Umsetzung des Akquisitionsprozess vom Sourcing bis zum Geschäftsabschluss (Konzepterstellung, kaufmännische Due Diligence, Präsentationen)
- Koordination und Reporting während des Ankaufsprozesses, Research von Investoren- und Projektlisten, Strukturierung von Datenräumen
- Steuerung der Due Diligence durch interne Prozesse und Kooperation mit externen Dienstleistern
- Gemeinsames Erarbeiten von Nutzungskonzepten im HealthCare Bereich

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung z.B. als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau (m/w/d)
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Immobilieninvestment
- Eigenes Netzwerk im Bereich Grundstücksakquise wünschenswert
- Kreativität für das selbständige Umsetzen von projektbezogenen Aufgabenstellungen
- Hohes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, überdurchschnittliches Engagement, Flexibilität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. PowerPoint)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
