Du bringst ein breites UX-Skillset mit – von Research über Workshop-Moderation bis zur Interaktionsgestaltung – und arbeitest eng mit unseren Entwickler:innen, Product Ownern und Kunden zusammen. Dabei gestaltest Du nicht nur Interfaces, sondern vor allem digitale Werkzeuge für Profis: Enterprise UX statt Consumer Bling-Bling. Keine Dark Patterns, keine Landingpages – wir bauen Software, die im Arbeitsalltag echten Mehrwert liefert. Spannende Aufgaben
- UX-Lead mit Verantwortung und Rückhalt: Du übernimmst den UX-Lead in einem Kundenprojekt, erhebst Anforderungen mittels User Research und entwickelst passgenaue Interaktionskonzepte. Du holst aus dem verfügbaren Projektrahmen den maximalen Mehrwert für unsere Kunden heraus.
- Workshops, Konzeption, Requirements: Du gestaltest Workshops zur Lösungsentwicklung. Du bringst im Requirements Engineering konsequent die Nutzerperspektive ein.
- Von der Idee bis zum fertigen Interface: Du entwickelst die User Experience für B2B-Anwendungen – von der Produktvision und Busness Goals bis zu Wireframes und Low-Fidelity-Prototypen. Du arbeitest eng mit eine:r UI-Designer:in zusammen und begleitest die Entwickler:innen in der Umsetzung.
- Analyse & Optimierung: Du evaluierst und optimierst bestehende Applikationen und User Interfaces.
- Validierung mit echten Nutzer:innen: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams und Kunden testest Du Konzepte und begleitest die Entwickler bei der Umsetzung bis zur fertigen Software.
- Ein Projekt, nie allein: Du hast Deinen vollen Fokus auf genau einem Projekt und tauchst richtig tief ein. Du unterstützt Deine UX-Kolleg:innen in deren Projekten mit Deinen Stärken und ziehst deren Unterstützung heran.

Beste Voraussetzungen
- UX-Kompetenz & Projekterfahrung: Abschluss in User Experience, Human-Centered Design, IT, Psychologie oder vergleichbar. Mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im UX-Design, davon mindestens 3 Jahre im B2B-/Industrial-/Enterprise-Umfeld mit komplexen Anwendungen.
- Tools & Methodik: Routine in Tools wie Figma, Axure und Miro. Souveränes Arbeiten entlang agiler Prozesse – sowohl eigenverantwortlich als auch im Team.
- Kommunikation & Teamgeist: Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team und mit unseren Kunden sowie die Fähigkeit, Designentscheidungen klar und überzeugend zu kommunizieren.
- Team, Kultur & Leidenschaft: Teamwork ist uns dabei mindestens genauso wichtig wie selbstständiges Arbeiten. Du möchtest nicht nur liefern, sondern gestalten – im Projekt, im Team und in der UX-Welt.
