Spannende Aufgaben
- Dein Design macht den Unterschied: Du gestaltest User Interfaces für komplexe Enterprise-Anwendungen – basierend auf fundierten UX-Konzepten, klar, intuitiv, skalierbar.
- Von der Idee bis zum Go-Live: Du verantwortest den gesamten Designprozess - von Wireframes, Interaktionskonzepten und High-Fidelity-Mockups bis hin zu Prototypen, Designsystemen und finalem UI-Review. Du begleitest UX-Research und Validierung eng mit unseren UX-Kollegen und Kunden.
- Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe: Du arbeitest eng und agil mit UX-Designern, Entwicklern und Architekten zusammen. Du entwickelst im Austausch mit unseren Kunden Styleguides und Hi-Fi Mockups und stellst die optimale Integration in bestehende UI-Libraries und Corporate Identities sicher.
- Weiterentwicklung von UX & UI: Du gestaltest aktiv mit, wie wir UX und UI in der agilen Softwareentwicklung weiterentwickeln und auf das nächste Level heben.

- Design-Know-How & Erfahrung: Designorientierter Studiengang oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im UI- und Interaction Design, idealerweise im Enterprise- oder B2B-Umfeld.
- Erfahrung und Leidenschaft: Nachweisbare Erfahrung im UX-Design in der Softwareentwicklung, belegt durch mehrere erfolgreich umgesetzte B2B-Projekte und ein überzeugendes Portfolio. Spaß an kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und dem Mitgestalten von UX-Standards.
- Ästhetik & Präzision: Starke Gestaltungs- und Detailkompetenz in Visual und Information Design. Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und Gespür für Software-Ergonomie.
- Tool-Kompetenz: Sicherer Umgang mit Figma und Miro oder ähnlichen Tools. Effizientes Arbeiten entlang agiler Prozesse.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
