Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Beratung unserer Kund:innen bei der Einführung von Cloud ERP-Systemen (z. B. weclapp)
- Du betreust Kund:innen umfassend – vom ersten Setup über Support-Anfragen bis zur eigenständigen Lösung technischer und prozessualer Herausforderungen
- Du unterstützt bei der Einrichtung und Anpassung von Systemen durch die strukturierte Aufbereitung und Migration von Daten
- Du entwickelst unsere Dienstleistungen weiter, indem du aktiv an der Optimierung interner Prozesse mitwirkst
- Du erhältst umfangreiche Möglichkeiten zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung im Bereich ERP und Customer Success

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung oder starkes Interesse in der Kundenberatung, im Software-Support oder im ERP-Umfeld
- Ausgeprägte technische Affinität und Bereitschaft, dich in neue Systeme und Prozesse einzuarbeiten
- Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe für Geschäftsprozesse und Freude an lösungsorientierter Zusammenarbeit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
