Was erwartet dich?
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von komplexen IT-Support-Anfragen im 2nd und 3rd Level.
- Analyse und Lösung anspruchsvoller technischer Probleme und Störungen.
- Dokumentation der Support-Fälle im firmen-internen Issue Tracking System.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem 1st-Level-Support und dem Server-Administrations-Team.
- Unterstützung bei Server- und Anwendungsbetreuung.
- Begleiten von IT-Projekten z.B. Software und Client Hardware Rollouts sowie Migrationsszenarien.
- Erstellung und Dokumentation von Konfigurationen, Prozessen und Problemlösungen (Windows Clients).
- Betreuung und Support (incl. Updates/Upgrades/Migrationen) im Bereich spezieller Fach-Anwendungen.
- Beratung der Kunden und Anwender in technischen Fragen und Lösungsansätzen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT-System-Elektroniker oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung. Akademischer Abschluss nicht erforderlich.
- Dank deiner Berufserfahrung verfügst du über umfangreiches Fachwissen im Hard- und Softwarebereich, sowie in der Administration von Windows-Clients in Firmen-Umgebungen und im Bereich (Standard-)Anwender-Software.
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der PowerShell, um Arbeiten im Bereich Windows Clients durchführen zu können, sind von Vorteil.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in allen aktuellen Microsoft-Betriebssystemen und Microsoft Office 2024.
- Active Directory- und Exchange-(Grund-)Kenntnisse wünschenswert.
- Sehr gute Diagnose- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
- Du hast Wissen zu verschiedenen Netzwerktechnologien oder bist bereit, Dich schnell einzuarbeiten.
- Deine Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus.
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit, sowie Kunden- und Qualitätsorientierung.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
