IT Support Engineer für Windows Clients (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du nimmst komplexe IT-Support-Anfragen im 2nd und 3rd Level entgegen und bearbeitest diese
- Du analysierst und löst anspruchsvolle technische Probleme und Störungen
- Du dokumentierst die Support-Fälle im firmen-internen Issue Tracking System
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem 1st-Level-Support und dem Server-Administrations-Team zusammen
- Du unterstützt bei der Server- und Anwendungsbetreuung und begleitest IT-Projekte wie Software- und Client-Hardware-Rollouts sowie Migrationsszenarien
- Du erstellst und dokumentierst Konfigurationen, Prozesse und Problemlösungen (Windows Clients) und betreust spezielle Fach-Anwendungen inklusive Updates/Upgrades/Migrationen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration, IT-System-Elektroniker:in oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung. Ein akademischer Abschluss ist nicht erforderlich
- Du verfügst dank deiner Berufserfahrung über umfangreiches Fachwissen im Hard- und Softwarebereich, sowie in der Administration von Windows-Clients in Firmen-Umgebungen und im Bereich (Standard-)Anwender-Software
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der PowerShell, um Arbeiten im Bereich Windows Clients durchführen zu können
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in allen aktuellen Microsoft-Betriebssystemen und Microsoft Office 2024 und hast idealerweise Active Directory- und Exchange-(Grund-)Kenntnisse
- Du besitzt sehr gute Diagnose- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und hast Wissen zu verschiedenen Netzwerktechnologien oder bist bereit, Dich schnell einzuarbeiten
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit aus und hast eine hohe Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit, sowie Kunden- und Qualitätsorientierung. Ein gutes Verständnis der Internetsicherheits- und Datenschutzprinzipien sowie ein Führerschein Klasse 3/B und Reisebereitschaft runden dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
