Für unseren Standort in München suchen wir zur Ergänzung unseres Teams zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine/n Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) mit erweitertem Aufgabenfeld im Bereich Controlling.
Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung, sind ambitioniert, arbeiten gewissenhaft und behalten auch unter Stress einen kühlen Kopf. Sie haben großes Interesse an der kooperativen Zusammenarbeit mit den Team-Kollegen und Mitarbeitern anderer Fachbereiche und fühlen sich in einem internationalen Umfeld wohl.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen den Zahlungsverkehr, Kassenführung, Fakturen (externe wie interne), Abgrenzungsbuchungen sowie Rückstellungen durch
- Sie verbuchen zeitnah die Bankbewegungen und verwalten offene Posten
- Sie prüfen, kontieren und buchen Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
- Sie prüfen, kontieren und verbuchen Reisekosten-Abrechnungen
- Sie führen Kontenabstimmungen, Kontenklärungen und -pflegen durch
- Sie verantworten die ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung der Hauptbuchhaltung, inklusive der Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Sie stellen die termingerechte Buchung von Geschäftsvorfällen sicher
- Sie erstellen die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung und geben zusammenfassende Meldungen ab
- Sie unterstützen bei der Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
- Sie wirken bei Betriebsprüfungen und Jahresabschlussprüfungen mit
- Sie übernehmen diverse administrative Projekt- und Sonderaufgaben
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeiter und Kollegen
- Sie erstellen das monatliche Reporting gemäß Konzernvorgaben und Fristen
- Sie führen Controlling-Tätigkeiten und Analysen durch
- Sie organisieren und unterstützen den Monatsabschluss in enger Abstimmung mit der Buchhaltung
- Sie erstellen das Jahresbudget sowie Forecasts, inklusive Cash- und Liquiditätsplanung
- Sie unterstützen bzw. wirken beim Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschluss nach IFRS in SAP und Hyperion mit
- Sie erstellen ein monatliches Dashboard zur Vertriebsleistung für das Management und präsentieren finanzspezifische KPIs

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Uni / FH) der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Buchhaltung
- Sie haben ein solides Verständnis der deutschen GAAP (HGB) und idealerweise des deutschen Steuerrechts
- Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung mit und haben mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in dem Bereich
- Sie haben Kenntnisse in SAP S4 Hana und einen versierten Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere Excel; Kenntnisse in HFM Hyperion sind wünschenswert
- Sie haben idealerweise Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Bereich Controlling
- Sie zeigen hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und gewissenhaft
- Sie haben eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, sind teamorientiert und kommunikativ und besitzen ein hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
