Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst und diagnostizierst komplexe technische Probleme an BMW und MINI Fahrzeugen mithilfe modernster computergestützter Diagnosesysteme.
- Du führst eigenständig sämtliche Wartungs-, Instandsetzungs- und Reparaturarbeiten nach höchsten Qualitätsstandards und Herstellervorgaben durch.
- In enger Abstimmung mit den Serviceberatern planst du deine Arbeitsschritte und sorgst für eine termingerechte Fertigstellung der Kundenfahrzeuge.
- Du dokumentierst sorgfältig die durchgeführten Arbeiten und stellst sicher, dass alle Reparaturen nachvollziehbar und transparent für das Team und die Kunden sind.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz-Mechatroniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit computergestützten Diagnosesystemen mit und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, strukturiert und qualitätsbewusst – du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
- Du zeigst eine hohe Kundenorientierung und hast idealerweise eine Leidenschaft für die Marken BMW und MINI.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um dich sicher mit dem Team und den Kund:innen auszutauschen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
