Obermonteur/ Industriemechaniker Vorarbeiter für Verfahrenstechnik (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du demontierst und montierst Produktionsanlagen in der Lebensmittel-, Getränke- und Pharmaindustrie
- Du liest, interpretierst und setzt R&I-Fließschemata (Rohrleitungs- und Instrumentierungspläne) um
- Du bereitest Baustellen selbstständig vor, organisierst und führst sie durch
- Du bist verantwortlich für Materialdisposition, Geräteeinsatz und Zeitmanagement
- Du führst Montagepersonal (Eigen- und Fremdkräfte), inklusive Einsatzplanung und Qualitätsüberwachung
- Du dokumentierst die Arbeiten (z. B. Bautagebuch, Berichte an die Projektleitung, Absprachen mit Kund:innen)
- Du setzt Umbauten, Anlagenoptimierungen und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen um
- Du organisierst, dokumentierst und kontrollierst den Bestand an unseren Lagerorten

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einer der Fachrichtungen Industriemechanik, Konstruktionsmechanik, Anlagenmechanik, Metalltechnik, Apparatebau, Rohrleitungsbau, Industrieelektrik, Mechatronik – oder vergleichbar
- Mit verfahrenstechnischen R&I-Schemata gehst Du sicher um
- Deine Kenntnisse umfassen Schweißen, Pressen, Drehen sowie Hydraulik/Pneumatik
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert, denkst wirtschaftlich und handelst verantwortungs- sowie qualitätsbewusst
- Führungsfähigkeit, Teamorientierung und Durchsetzungsvermögen bringst Du bereits mit
- Du bist bereit für Reise- und Montagetätigkeiten (hauptsächlich in Deutschland)
- Sichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
