Standortübergreifend (Achim/Edemissen) suchen wir zur Verstärkung unserer Teams in der Projektentwicklung zum nächstmöglichen Termin dich als:
Was erwartet dich?
- Du stimmst dich ab und unterstützt fachlich während des gesamten Projektverlaufs
- Du sicherst die Qualität von faunistischen und floristischen Kartierungen, ökologischen Gutachten, Umweltberichten und Landschaftspflegerischen Begleitplänen
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Ausgleichsmaßnahmen über die Betriebslaufzeit von Windenergieanlagen mit und erstellst Unterlagen für immissionsschutzrechtliche Antragsverfahren und Bauleitpläne
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für beauflagte Monitorings und arten- und naturschutzfachlichen Genehmigungsauflagen
- Du unterstützt und stimmst dich bei der Identifizierung und vertraglichen Sicherung von Kompensationsflächen ab
- Du bist die Kontaktperson für Betreiber:innen, Behörden, Planungsbüros sowie Kommunen
- Du beauftragst, koordinierst und bewertest externe Gutachten und baust das Netzwerk aus
- Du nimmst an Fachveranstaltungen und projektspezifischen Events teil

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Umwelt- oder Landschaftsplanung, Landespflege, Geografie, Biologie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du bringst langjährige Berufserfahrung im Umwelt- und Naturschutz mit
- Du besitzt einschlägige Kenntnisse der verfahrensrechtlichen Grundlagen bei der Genehmigung von Infrastrukturanlagen
- Du bist vertraut mit den fachlichen Grundlagen, insbesondere in Bezug auf Umwelt- und Gewässerschutzverträglichkeit, Eingriffsregelung, Natur- und Artenschutz
- Du kennst die gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen (BNatSchG, UVPG, WindBG, BauGB, BImSchG etc.) sowie die Landesgesetze, insbesondere der Bundesländer NI, SH, SA und BB
- Du bist verhandlungssicher und arbeitest lösungsorientiert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
