Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust unsere Kund:innen innerhalb und außerhalb der EU
- Du kümmerst dich um die Auftragsabwicklung und erstellst verkaufsrelevante Dokumente in NAVISION
- Du stehst im regelmäßigen Austausch mit Einkauf, Verkauf, Logistik und Lager
- Du führst Korrespondenz mit unseren Kund:innen in Wort und Schrift
- Du unterstützt den Vertrieb bei administrativen Aufgaben und überwachst Verkäufe, um reibungslose Lieferprozesse zu gewährleisten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Du bringst mind. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Groß- und Außenhandel mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und Erfahrung mit NAVISION wäre ein Plus
- Du bringst fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit (C1)
- Du zeichnest dich durch Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und ein sicheres Auftreten aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
