Was erwartet dich?
- Sicherung, Erhalt und Weiterentwicklung der Funktionsfähigkeit und Sicherheit von Gebäuden und technischen Gebäudeausrüstungen
- Betreuung der überwachungspflichtigen Anlagen und Steigerung der Energieeffizienz

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen handwerklichen Beruf erlernt (z.B. Elektriker/in) inkl. Weiterqualifikation (Meister/Techniker) und hast Berufserfahrung im Facility-Management
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch auf C1-Niveau
- Bei komplexen Aufgaben bist Du fokussiert, strukturiert und sorgfältig
- Du bringst hohes Engagement und Qualitätsbewusstsein mit
- Kenntnisse zu Gesetzgebung bzgl. Bau, Umwelt, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften sind von Vorteil
- Eigeninitiative und im Team effizient Aufgaben zu steuern runden Dein Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
