Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:
- Wartung, Instandhaltung und Modernisierungder Anlagen der Bahninfrastruktur der Frankfurter Hafenbahn
- Überwachung und Abrechnung von Bau- und
- Mitwirkung bei der Ausschreibung, Auswahl und Beauftragung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Auftragnehmern (Ingenieurbüros und Fachfirmen)
- Kosten-, Termin- und Budgetüberwachung sowie Nachtragsmanagement
- Abstimmung und Koordinationmit Behörden, Versorgungsträgern, Mietern und Dritten

Sie bringen mit:
- erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesensoder staatl. gepr. Techniker:in mit geeigneter Fachrichtung
- Berufserfahrung in Planung, Bau und Instandhaltungin den Bereichen Tiefbau oder Bahn-Infrastruktur/Oberbau sind von Vorteil
- Berufseinsteiger sind bei entsprechender fachlicher Ausrichtung ebenfalls willkommen
- Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit, selbständiges Arbeiten sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksfähigkeiten
- routinierten Umgang mit Standardbürosoftware sowie Aufgeschlossenheit für neue IT-Anwendungen
- verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
