Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst und bewertest komplexe Haftpflichtrisiken in den Bereichen Betrieb, Beruf und Vermögen und triffst fundierte Zeichnungsentscheidungen
- Du entscheidest eigenverantwortlich über Annahme, Ablehnung oder Modifikation von Risiken entsprechend deiner Zeichnungsvollmacht
- Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Deckungskonzepte für Sonderrisiken und arbeitest dabei eng mit Maklern zusammen
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Haftpflichtprodukte mit und konzipierst innovative Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung, Schaden und IT
- Du unterstützt das Vertriebsteam bei komplexen fachlichen Anfragen und fungierst als kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in für Underwriting Themen
- Du gestaltest digitale Underwriting Prozesse mit und treibst die Automatisierung sowie Optimierung unserer Plattform voran
- Du führst interne Schulungen durch und sorgst für aktiven Wissenstransfer im Team

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versicherungswesen, Recht oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Underwriting Haftpflicht, idealerweise in einem Assekuradeur-, MGA- oder Spezialversicherungsumfeld
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Sparten Betriebshaftpflicht, Berufshaftpflicht und Vermögensschadenhaftpflicht
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung, Risikobewertung und Tarifierung mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Excel, Underwriting-Tools und digitalen Plattformen
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
